BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Researching potential new leads and keeping updated on the markets trends and competition
-
Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing or meeting in person
-
Working with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of clients
-
Holding presentations and demonstratons for potential clients
-
Communicating with and informing existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship
-
Support Sales team Marketing effort
-
To work in close collaboration with the management team for complex large pitches and strategies

Interacting with other department, to make sure sales process and Clients requirement are met

R&D EXECUTIVE
Job Description & Requirements:
-
To maintain and support the R&D department in seasoning compounding, new development and its application;
-
To support for monthly new seasoning or application method development and promotional item and their presentation;
-
To request for new raw materials or flavor sourcing for new product development to the Purchasing Dept;
-
To handle all new raw material registration, documentation and evaluation;
-
To perform QC such as sensory and visual checks on all finished products produced by the seasoning manufacturing line and incoming raw materials or new raw materials;
-
To evaluates current and alternative food ingredients.

To maintain the R&D laboratory and ensure cleanliness within the laboratory.

To carry out plant hygiene check.
-
To assist in the running and maintenance of HACCP and Halal quality system and its documentation.
-
Writing daily report.
-
Any other work as shall be assigned by the Company from time to time.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Job Description & Requirements:

In charge of whole QC Team
-
Implement and monitor quality system within the company

In charge of all internal and external audits
-
Investigating standards for safety and quality
-
Create training programme
-
Training of QC staffs to support QC testing and monitoring
-
Dealing with customer complain and investigation / product issues
Other Requirements:

Degree / Diploma holder with equivalent
-
Min 5 years of relevant experience in Production Manufacturing Industry
